AI Features
NeatQueue has three AI-powered features: an assistant you can talk to, AI-assisted /setup, and screenshot-based auto-resolution.
| Feature | Who can use it | Premium |
|---|---|---|
| Assistant (mention or reply to the bot) | Staff | Required |
/setup → Describe it (AI) | Staff | Not required (rate limited on free servers) |
| Auto-resolution | Staff configure it, players submit screenshots | Required |
The assistant
Mention the bot, or reply to one of its messages, and ask a question or tell it what you want:
@NeatQueue set up a 5v5 queue with captains and best of 3
- Only staff are answered. Everyone else is ignored. On a free server, staff are told the assistant is premium-only.
- If your request needs changes, the bot replies with the exact commands and options it wants to run and waits for you to press Confirm or Deny. Nothing runs until you confirm, and only you can press the buttons.
- Confirmed commands run as you, with your permissions. The assistant can't do anything you couldn't do yourself.
- If a command fails, the remaining ones are skipped and the list shows which steps finished.
- If you don't answer within 3 minutes, the proposal times out and nothing is run.
- Reply to one of the assistant's answers to refine it. A fresh mention starts a new conversation.
- Its answers never ping
@everyone, roles, or other users.
AI setup
/setup asks whether you want to go Step by step or Describe it (AI). Describe the queue in your own words, in any language (up to 1000 characters), and the assistant proposes the commands to configure it. You review them and confirm, just like above.
This works on every server, including free ones. Free servers can use it once every 10 minutes; premium servers have no limit. If you hit the limit, use the step-by-step option instead.
Auto-resolution
Auto-resolution is a premium feature.
Auto-resolution reads an end-of-match scoreboard screenshot to pick the winner and record per-player stats such as kills, deaths, assists, score or damage. No one has to report the result by hand.
Setting it up
- Run
/outcome autoresolution setupin the queue's channel. - Upload one example scoreboard screenshot in the same channel within 2 minutes.
- NeatQueue shows the winner it read and the stat columns it found. Press Confirm to save them and turn auto-resolution on, Edit Guidance to add hints and retry, or Cancel.
Using it
Once it's enabled, a screenshot posted in a match's channel while the match is in progress starts a vote on whether to use it for scoring. Players in the match vote, and a staff member's vote counts immediately. If it passes, NeatQueue reads the screenshot, records the stats, and resolves the winner. Screenshots that don't look like a game scoreboard are rejected. The number of votes needed is set with /requiredvotes autoresolution.
Guidance
If your scoreboard has an unusual layout, give the reader hints, such as which column is kills, how team colors work, or which rows to ignore.
/outcome autoresolution guidancewith no text shows the current guidance. With text (up to 1500 characters) it replaces it./outcome autoresolution clearguidanceremoves it./outcome autoresolution toggleturns auto-resolution on or off. Turning it off keeps your stat setup.
Recorded stats appear next to the built-in ones and can be used on leaderboards.
See the command reference for details: /outcome autoresolution setup, guidance, clearguidance, toggle.
