/autoroles teams temporary

Admin Command

This command requires administrator permissions.

Toggle creating a temporary role per team, deleted after the match.

Usage​

/autoroles teams temporary [toggle]

Arguments​

  • toggle: (Required) If temporary team roles are created each match.
        Options: Enabled, Disabled

Details​

When enabled, the bot creates a brand new Discord role for each team as soon as a match's teams are made (named after the team and match number, e.g. "Red - #42"), assigns it to that team's players, and deletes the role automatically when the match ends or is cancelled. This works alongside /autoroles teams set: a team with a configured role mapping gets both that server role and the temporary role.
