/matchmaking range
Admin Command
This command requires administrator permissions.
The range of MMRs for matches. Tighter range = more waiting and players required.
Usage
/matchmaking range [range]
Arguments
range: (Required) Range of player MMRs.
Details
Adjusts the allowed MMR spread used to form matches, controlling how closely players' skill ratings must align; a tighter range enforces stricter parity but increases the number of players required and average queue times, while a wider range reduces wait times at the expense of larger skill disparities. Commonly used by admins to enforce competitive parity for events or to relax constraints during low-population periods; note that excessively narrow ranges can prevent matches from forming until enough similarly rated players are available.
