/player role set

Admin Command

This command requires administrator permissions.

Set a specific user's preferred role.

Usage​

/player role set [user] [role]

Arguments​

  • user: (Required) The user to modify.
  • role: (Required) The role to set as preferred.

Details​

Sets a specific user's preferred role so the bot will prioritize that role when assigning users to queues and when issuing role-based notifications. Restricted to server administrators, it establishes the user's preference for matchmaking and notification logic without modifying their actual Discord role.

Required Permissions​

Permission Required

This command requires either:

  • A configured NeatQueue Staff Role
  • Manage Channels permission
