/captains drafttype

Admin Command

This command requires administrator permissions.

Sets the type of draft to either Snake or Straight.

Usage​

/captains drafttype [type]

Arguments​

  • type: (Required) The type of draft to use.
        Options: Snake (1-2-2-2), Straight (1-1-1-1), Hybrid (1-1/2-1-1), Hybrid 2 (1-2-1-1), Vote

Details​

Sets the draft sequencing mode for the lobby, switching between Snake, Straight, Hybrid, and Vote patterns to control pick order across rounds. The selected mode immediately determines how turns are generated—Snake reverses the pick order each round, Straight preserves the same order, and Hybrid variants apply mixed reversal patterns—so draft flow matches the chosen league or event format. Restricted to administrators to prevent accidental changes and ensure consistent drafting rules.
