Start a vote to cancel the current match.

Details

Removes the invoking user's active spot from the queue, recalculates positions for remaining participants, and posts a confirmation with the updated queue state to the channel. Commonly used when a user can no longer wait or moderators need to clear inactive entries; cancellations take effect immediately and cannot be auto-reversed, so users must rejoin if they change their mind.
