Player shop storefront

GET 
/api/v2/server/:server_id/shop/storefront

Enabled shop items plus the calling member's point balance, for the player-facing storefront. Any guild member. Returns enabled=false when the server lacks premium, the shop is closed, or the caller is not a member -- so the dashboard can simply hide the shop.
